Entanglement — The Power of Deep Connection Quantum entanglement demonstrates that connected particles influence each other instantly regardless of distance In organisational terms — truly connected teams operate as a unified field — each member's state influencing the whole The Quantum Leader invests deeply in relational coherence — psychological safety, trust and authentic connection A coherently connected team outperforms a collection of brilliant individuals every time 4.
