The Behavioural Coaching Institute — Est. 1994
In 1994, Dr Perry Zeus and Dr Suzanne Skiffington established the
Behavioural Coaching Institute (BCI)—the world's first international
professional coach training institution dedicated to evidence-based
coaching.
Over the next three decades, BCI helped establish behavioural
coaching as a recognised professional discipline through pioneering
education, research and international practice.
