The classical model of leadership development — built on Newtonian assumptions of predictability, linear cause and effect, and the leader as a fixed, measurable entity — is rapidly giving way to something far more dynamic, far more powerful and far more true to the actual nature of human consciousness and organizational reality.
Quantum physics — the science of subatomic reality — is not merely a branch of physics. It is a revolutionary description of how reality itself works at its most fundamental level. And its principles, when applied to the human system and the organisations leaders inhabit, are transforming what leadership coaching means, what it can achieve and how profoundly it can change lives.
