THE PARADIGM SHIFT
We are witnessing the most profound transformation in the history of professional coaching and leadership development. The technological revolution in coaching is not an incremental upgrade — it is a quantum leap. Traditional session-based coaching models, built on linear change frameworks and time-limited interventions, are being rapidly superseded by Next Generation Quantum methodology, AI-powered personalisation and the emergence of the Self-Coaching model as the dominant paradigm of human development.
