THE QUANTUM SAFE HAVEN Why Psychological Safety Is a Quantum Field Problem — And the Only Evidence-Based Methodology for Building It Properly

The result is genuine quantum coherence — the field condition from which authentic Quantum Safe Haven leadership emerges naturally. A leader who has not done their own quantum work cannot generate a genuine Quantum Safe Haven regardless of how well they have learned the psychological safety behaviours.
